Reverse osmosis systems consist of pre-treatment and RO main units in most cases. To meet specific material and water quality requirements of users, the RO membrane types can also be customized. The RO membrane is a specialized process membrane, using high molecular materials assembled through unique procedures. The membrane enables only water molecules to pass through while discarding solutes. Through the application of high pressure with a pump, water molecules from the feedwater can penetrate the membrane to the other side to create purified water when the pressure of the feedwater on one side of the semi-permeable membrane is higher than the osmotic pressure limit. The inorganic salts dissolved and undissolved, heavy metal ions, organic substances, bacteria, colloids and other similar items in the feedwater cannot diffuse through the semi-permeable membrane and are released with the concentrate.

Technical Parameters:
The reverse osmosis membrane has a pore size of 0.0001 micrometers, which is significantly smaller than a typical PP cotton filter cartridge that only has a pore size of 5 micrometers. For ultrafiltration membranes, their pore size is 0.01 micrometers. In terms of removing bacteria and heavy metal ions, the pore size needs to be at least 0.001 micrometers. Hence, reverse osmosis equipment is highly efficient in eliminating impurities, bacteria and other substances from water.
The equipment's water production capacity varies from 1 to 100 tons based on specific needs. Even for household use, the minimum water production capacity is 7.8 liters per treatment. Whether the requirement is for 0.5, 1, 2, 5, 10, 50, or 100 tons, the equipment can be adjusted accordingly to fulfill them.
