Product Description:
The condensate water recovery device can be driven by either steam or electricity depending on the user's requirements. The recovered condensate water can be sent directly back to the boiler or to a specified location designated by the user. This device is composed of various components that include a dedicated condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulating valve, blowdown valve, control panel, and more.
As steam condensate water enters the tank through a steam trap, it is separated into steam and water components. If the liquid level sensor detects a high liquid level in the tank, it sends a signal to the control panel which activates the condensate water recovery pump. The high-temperature condensate water and a slight amount of secondary steam are transported through the pump's cavitation elimination device and filter into the water tank or specified location. This completes the process of steam condensate water recovery.
When the liquid level sensor detects a low liquid level in the tank, it sends a signal to the control panel which then shuts off the condensate water recovery pump. The recovery device is fully automatic and features dual pumps operating in a backup mode, automatically switching between them. The device can be turned on by simply applying power.
