What is Electric Condensate Recovery System?
Electric condensate recovery system is an energy-saving and environmentally friendly equipment. It is used to collect and reuse condensate in industrial steam systems to reduce water waste and energy consumption. The condensate is automatically recovered from the steam system by means of an electric pump and control system, and then re-supplied to the boiler or other facilities that require water.

Principle of Operation

Condensate Collection
When a steam system is in operation, steam transfers heat energy and condenses into water, which is then collected through piping in a catchment tank.

Water Level Detection and Control
A water level sensor is installed in the water collection tank to monitor the water level in real time. When the water level reaches a predetermined high level, the water level control system will automatically start the electric pump.

Transportation of condensate
The motorized pump transfers the condensate from the catchment tank to where it is needed, such as the boiler or other water-using facilities.
