Principle of Operation

 

  • Condensate Collection

When a steam system is in operation, steam transfers heat energy and condenses into water, which is then collected through piping in a catchment tank.

 

  • Water Level Detection and Control

A water level sensor is installed in the water collection tank to monitor the water level in real time. When the water level reaches a predetermined high level, the water level control system will automatically start the electric pump.

 

  • Transportation of condensate
