Product Description

Product Description:

According to the specific requirements of different users, the condensate water recovery device can be either steam-driven or electric-driven.

The recovered condensate water can either be directly returned to the boiler or go to a specified location allocated by the customer.

The components of the condensate water recovery device primarily consist of a specialized condensate water recovery pump, motor, recovery tank, cavitation elimination device, liquid level sensor, magnetic flip liquid level gauge, pressure gauge, filter, pressure regulating valve, blowdown valve, control panel, and other parts.

When steam condensate water goes into the tank via a steam trap, it gets separated from steam and water. When the liquid level sensor in the tank detects a high liquid level, it sends a high-level signal to the control panel, which then operates the condensate water recovery pump.

The high-temperature condensate water and a small amount of secondary steam then goes through the pump's cavitation elimination device and filter into the water tank (or to a specific site designated by the customer). With this process, steam condensate water recovery is finished.

When the liquid level sensor identifies a low liquid level in the tank, it sends a low-level signal to the control panel, which then powers off the condensate water recovery pump. The recovery equipment works in fully automatic control mode, with two pumps that function as backup and switch automatically between them. Simply powering on the device enables it to perform its function.

Features:

Anti-cavitation technology is designed to prevent the formation of air bubbles in liquids, which can cause damage to equipment and reduce efficiency. This technology is essential for many industries such as energy, agriculture, and manufacturing, where the performance of pumps and other machinery can be negatively impacted by cavitation.

In addition to being anti-cavitation, many modern technologies are also designed to be energy-saving. By reducing the amount of energy required to operate equipment, companies can save money on energy costs and reduce their carbon footprint. Energy-saving technologies include efficient lighting, heating and cooling systems, and appliances.

When it comes to the environment, many companies are also embracing environmentally friendly technologies. This includes technologies that reduce waste, use renewable resources, and limit the impact of their operations on the environment. Such technologies can include solar panels, wind turbines, and efficient recycling systems.

Applications:

The product is designed for use in various industrial enterprises, such as papermaking, chemical, petroleum, printing and dyeing, textile, brewing, rubber, and others that utilize steam heating systems for closed-loop condensate water recovery.

The device efficiently recovers condensate water and can also be utilized for steam condensate water recovery in hotels, hospitals, and other civil buildings. It is a convenient and effective solution that converts the condensate water generated by the indirect heat exchange system into a closed-loop recovery system, replacing traditional open condensate water tanks.
